Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage, change, or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DateRhythm. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium until the end of the paid period.
If you have premium but the app shows you as a free member, open DateRhythm and go to Profile, then Premium, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Go to Profile and choose Pair with partner to get your invite code, then share it with your partner. They enter it in their app and you are connected. Each person can be paired with one partner at a time.
You can export everything you have created in the app. Go to Profile, then Privacy and data, then Export my data.
Go to Profile, then Privacy and data, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything that goes with it. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
Your private intimacy notes are encrypted on your device before they are stored, and nothing you write is ever visible to anyone except you and, where you choose to share it, your paired partner. Read the full Privacy Policy.
