1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DateRhythm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DateRhythm is a relationship management application that helps couples stay connected through shared calendars, AI-powered date planning, relationship insights, an AI coach, educational lessons, and post-date reflections.

The App is available in both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use DateRhythm, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in through Google. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use DateRhythm.

4. Partner Connections

DateRhythm allows you to connect with a partner to share calendar data, availability, and relationship activities. By connecting with a partner, you consent to sharing your relevant in-app data (availability, date events, reflections, and partnership activity) with them.

You may disconnect from a partner at any time through the app settings.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DateRhythm offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with full access. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

6. AI Features Disclaimer

DateRhythm includes AI-powered features such as the AI Coach and AI Date Planner. Please note:

• The AI Coach provides general relationship guidance and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice
• AI-generated date ideas and insights are suggestions only and should be evaluated using your own judgement
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. We continuously work to improve quality
• If you or your partner are experiencing serious relationship difficulties, abuse, or mental health concerns, please seek professional help

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without our written permission
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DateRhythm (including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, mascot, icons, and software) are owned by DateRhythm and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create (reflections, notes, etc.) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Privacy & Data section in the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DateRhythm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

DateRhythm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DateRhythm operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
